Add half & half and potatoes to make this heavenly creamy soup!

Makes 2 Quarts: 6-8 servings Cook Time: 40 minutes

Contains: Freeze-dried butternut squash, carrots, onion, ginger, brown sugar, herbs and spices.

To Prepare:

Additions:
6 cups chicken broth
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup half & half (or milk)
1 cup water

Cooking Instructions::
Add soup mix to chicken broth and water, mixing well. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender (40 minutes). Stir in half & half. We recommend pureeing the soup.

Variations/Additions:
Add chicken, turkey or seafood for a great meal. Serve in a hollowed out round loaf of bread. Scoop out the center and spoon in the soup. A nice compliment to corn bread.
